Assessing New Application for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

A medical product company engaged Syncro Medical to undertake a technical feasibility analysis for a new product concept.  The idea was to allow a tablet user to identify a device’s location by leveraging BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacon signals to triangulate its position relative to the user.  The conceptual work performed by Syncro Medical involved setting up the BLE communications, and indentifying/performing the calculations necessary to display the graphical results on a Windows test application.  The client used the outcome of this feasibility work for future product planning.
