PROJECT OVERVIEW

An early-stage life-sciences company, with the vision of bringing –omics-like approaches to tissue analytics and dedicated to innovation in cancer research, came to Syncro Medical for help evolving their existing device software from basic lab code into a commercial offering.

In order to improve the existing software, Syncro Medical began by analyzing the users, workflows and features to identify opportunities to optimize the user experience. Through a series of assessments, workshops and interviews we were able to successfully identify multiple optimization opportunities.

The outcome was a completely overhauled user experience design that seamlessly guides the user through the complicated sequence of steps needed to run the analysis.
