Our client develops products that derive genomic information from tissue. Their market-leading instrument bridges the gap between tissue imaging and molecular profiling technologies such as single cell analysis, the instrument allows users to unlock novel biological insights with spatial multiomics.

The instrument is in wide use, and the company needed an innovative partner to develop the next generation of the instrument.

Syncro Medical was responsible for modernizing and implementing the software to support the next generation instrument. The development effort focused on an API Layer that serves as an abstraction layer between the instrument’s user-facing application software and the devices and functionality residing on one or more system control boards.

After successfully implementing the API layer, the client returned to Syncro Medical to provide additional development services to support enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
