Our client is developing a novel platform for rapid, accurate clinical Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing (AST). The platform consists of three instruments including the Sample Prep station, Inoculator and Analyzer. Once sample processing is completed by the instrument, the results are available for review on the web application.

Lacking development resources, our client was facing major issues developing a workflow for end users to navigate seamlessly across all three instruments. Syncro Medical stepped in to provide architecture, design, development, and testing for the instrument software and corresponding web app including sample prep, processing, overall results, QC and admin control screens.

We provided a streamlined workflow that ensured Lab Directors, responsible for sending results from the LIS to the reviewing clinician’s EMR, were able to easily and consistently do so.
